Chair Yoga provides all the wonderful health benefits of yoga: it improves fitness, flexibility, balance, strength and coordination; it relaxes your body and mind; it elevates your overall health and wellbeing.
These fun and unique sessions are designed for people of all ages and stages, with or without health challenges, as well as anyone new to yoga.
